Electronic and Equipment Insurance policy is designed to overcome monetary loss and get coverage for related risks. This policy covers damaged goods, damaged data media, cost of working and software damage. However, this policy does not cover regular wear and tear, damage caused due to overhauling and modification of data or equipment, damage due to wars or nuclear explosions , intentional negligence during use and maintenance of the equipment by the policyholder.
